These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tbaji platform and all its services. By accessing the tbaji website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, tbaji may request a national identity card, passport, or other identification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the tbaji platform are conducted properly and securely. Please keep the following conditions in mind:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposit details must be in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals are only permitted via the same method used for depositing and must be in your own name.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while active wagering requirements are pending.

tbaji follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If any suspicious transaction is identified, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies only once per account.
• A bonus cannot be used together with another offer unless clearly stated.
• tbaji reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Attempting to exploit loopholes in bonus terms may result in account closure.

Betting Rules

tbaji offers sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as casino games. The following rules apply to all betting activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or data feed issue, tbaji reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is suspended or cancelled, tbaji's rules will be applied to the relevant bets.
• Odds displayed in sports betting are subject to change, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• For casino games, the game provider's rules will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the tbaji platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account with a false identity or false information.
• Misusing or manipulating bonus offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Attempting to access or damage the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
• Placing bets or transferring funds using a third-party account.

Account Suspension and Closure

tbaji may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If identity verification is not completed.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that betting is causing problems for you, you can request to close your account yourself. You will find detailed information on our Responsible Gaming page. tbaji respects this request and acts promptly.

In the case of permanent account closure, tbaji will consider returning any balance earned through legitimate means; however, funds may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
